Hi, I’m Hayley — photographer, videographer, and blogger (though let’s be real, it’s just me running the show, so I wear all the hats… including the one that deals with the laundry currently waiting to be folded).
I wanted to write a quick intro — partly to say hello, and partly to explain why random blog posts might start popping up here that may or may not have anything to do with photography. Some might be thoughtful, or a bit emotional. Others will just be brain dumps I didn’t want to carry around in my head anymore. Either way, they’ll be real — or at the very least, real thoughts.
If I had to pick an image to go with this post, it’d be me in a chair, looking out the window with Toby (my fluffy, slightly ridiculous dog) at my feet. That’s how most days start. Swap the wistful gaze for a squint at Lightroom and add a coffee, and you’ve got the full picture.
So yep — this is my little online space. Somewhere to share my photography and video work, jot down a few thoughts, and keep everything vaguely tied to the work I love doing with Brisbane families.
